Seeking a Senior Cyber Security Architect Lead for a 12-month contract, requiring full-time on-site presence in Aldermaston. This position requires active DV clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with functions, projects, and the supply chain to assess sources of Information Risk and make recommendations on management.
- Provide leadership in maintaining awareness of industry best practices in Information Assurance and Information Risk Management.
- Determine how the overall security architecture applies to projects and advise project solution architects on security requirements.
- Review high and low-level solution designs for compliance with overall security architecture and achievement of security requirements.
- Oversee IT Health Check and Vulnerability Assessments by approving the scope of tests and overall testing programme.
- Provide technical risk assessment analysis.
- Develop the professionalism of Information Risk Management.
- Attend project Security Working Groups and manage when appropriate.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Experience of working in a highly secure environment (primarily office-based).
- Experience of applying security concepts relating to complex enterprise solutions.
- Experience of cloud architecture.
- Previous experience of Security Assurance and Security Architecture.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
- An understanding of how to deliver successfully in a regulated environment.
