Permanent – Full-time, 40 hours per week As a Senior Sales Associate, you will: Contribute ideas and suggestions to the team for improvements in the boutique performance. Demonstrate a constant awareness and strive to achieve key performance indicators and targets. Maintain your own client database ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and sharing solutions with the store management Play an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies. Participate and support the team in stock takes as and when required This includes customer relationships, store administration, stock management and visual merchandising You will have demonstrable success gained as a Sales Associate and have knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and fashion.
