We are recruiting on behalf of a progressive, independent insurance broker located in Mayfair. Our client specialises in delivering bespoke commercial insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients across the UK.

This opportunity is for an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join their team in a servicing-led role.

  • Client Portfolio Management – Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring outstanding ongoing service.
  • Broking & Placement – Place and renew cover across a wide range of commercial lines including property, liability, cyber, motor and more.
  • Risk Analysis – Work with clients to understand their risk exposure and source tailored insurance solutions from the market.
  • Policy Management – Process mid-term adjustments, issue policy documentation, and ensure accurate invoicing and record-keeping.
  • Claims Support – Guide clients through the claims process, liaising with insurers to achieve efficient and fair outcomes.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Maintain adherence to FCA, Lloyd’s and company compliance standards.

A proven background in commercial broking or account handling is required, along with broad technical expertise across UK commercial insurance lines. Candidates should be confident using broking systems and Microsoft 365.
