Paisley Site Services are proud to be working with a long-standing successful client based in Stockton on Tees looking for a Quality Controller. Role Overview This includes monitoring and inspecting materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished products to ensure that they meet both internal standards and customer specifications. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in quality control within a manufacturing or automotive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle bodies at various stages of production (raw materials, in-progress, and final product). • Standards Compliance: Ensure all products comply with company quality standards, customer specifications, and relevant industry regulations. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and other relevant quality documentation. • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with the production and engineering teams to implement solutions. • Audit Participation: Assist with internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards or other industry certifications. • Defect Resolution: Investigate product defects, recommend corrective actions, and track the implementation and effectiveness of those actions. • Customer Focus: Ensure that finished vehicle bodies meet customer specifi…
