Kingswood Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team. The role is based in central London and is hybrid with a requirement of at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across regions, ensuring a proactive, high-quality HR service.
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters, driving fair and compliant outcomes.
  • Own and evolve HR policies, ensuring legal compliance globally.
  • Oversee performance management processes and support manager capability.
  • Manage benefits administration and contribute to reward and benchmarking cycles.
  • Conduct thorough, confidential workplace investigations.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Deliver key HR projects aligned with global business goals.

Experience & skills required:

  • Strong generalist experience at a similar level, with experience managing and developing junior team members.
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge; experience with US law essential.
  • Skilled in coaching, communication, and influencing at all levels.
  • Proven ability to develop policies, lead investigations, and ensure compliance.
  • Track record of delivering HR projects from concept to completion.
  • CIPD Level 5+ preferred.
  • Builds strong relationships across all levels and thrives in fast-paced environments.
