My client, an international distributor, are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their busy sales team on a permanent basis. You will be an organised, proactive and driven individual, who puts the customers needs first.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails with existing and potential customers
- Convert quotes to orders through proactive follow-up and communication
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via research and lead generation
- Understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and upsell where appropriate
- Maintain the prospect database and stay updated on products, services, and competitor offerings
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and clarity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
