I\’m currently working with a high-growth technology organisation on the lookout for an Assistant General Counsel. You will be running the legal team for this business, which has recently been acquired by another very successful listed organisation. You will hold entire responsibility for the delivery of legal matters for the business, and report to the General Counsel – EMEA, for the parent company. The role will be of a generalist nature, working on all matters excluding data protection. You\’ll play an important role in compliance and governance activities, and you\’ll be the main legal point of contact for the EMEA. The salary on offer for the position is £85,000-100,000 + pension and car allowance + MIP bonus. The role offers a hybrid working policy (2-3 days in the office), and is renowned for being a fantastic place to work.
