Job Title: Head of Operations Location: Snodland Salary: Circa £75,000 Per Annum + Bonus and Car Allowance We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our client’s team. Reporting to the Managing Director, this pivotal role will oversee all aspects of production, stock management, purchasing, health and safety, and facilities maintenance. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s growth ambitions by developing long-term strategies while also leading day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management: Lead operational teams in planning, scheduling, production management, and quality control. Strategic Implementation: Interpret business strategies and define actionable plans.
