Pyou UK - International Recruitment Agency is looking for a Concession Manager on behalf of our client, an Italian Luxury Menswear Brand.
Commercial management and animation:
- You will be expected to participate in the development of sales and the achievement of monthly objectives through the analysis and development of key commercial indicators.
- Guide your sales team daily around quantitative and qualitative objectives and put in place action plans consistent with the expected objectives.
- Manage the organization of the team in the sales area and ensure that customer service is optimal.
- Plan your organization taking into account high and low activity periods and productivity requirements.
- Ensure visual merchandising is adhered to and the store is running smoothly (cleaning, maintenance, stocking, etc.).
- You follow the performance of the VM, to best adapt it to your business needs.
- You are proactive and proposal force regarding changes to your layout and windows and communicate with the VM manager to inform her of your needs.
- You have experience as a store manager of at least 1 year.
- You demonstrate a strong sales temperament and have excellent customer service sense.
- Additional languages are a bonus, i.e. Italian.
