We’re hiring for a Head of Compliance to join a cutting-edge crypto business on a part-time basis, to support licensing applications. The role can become permanent once the relevant VASP license has been obtained.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the UK compliance framework and regulatory strategy
  • Act as the main point of contact with the FCA and other regulators, leading on the VASP application and other licensing requirements
  • Build and improve AML, KYC, GDPR and internal controls
  • Oversee due diligence, transaction monitoring and reporting
  • Collaborate with teams across jurisdictions in tech, legal and operations

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years in compliance, ideally 2+ years in crypto
  • Hands-on experience with the FCA and UK regulatory frameworks
  • Knowledgeable of AML, KYC, GDPR and risk management
  • Existing right to work in the UK
  • Compliance certification (like CAMS or ICA) is a bonus
