The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust process engineering community. You will lead the development of efficient and practical EC&I engineering solutions tailored to meet the company’s project commitments. This leadership role involves overseeing the competent deployment of EC&I engineering resources, ensuring staff qualifications, and maintaining high standards in engineering practices across all projects. Strong background in Engineering, especially within EC&I disciplines. +10 years proven experience in leading engineering teams and developing capabilities.
