About the Role
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a CRM Executive to join our client’s marketing team for a 12-month maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role, working closely with the CRM Manager and Head of Marketing to deliver impactful customer retention campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Plan, execute, and optimise email and SMS marketing campaigns, including triggered and recurring communications.
- Manage the monthly email marketing calendar and ensure campaigns align with tone and brand guidelines.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Generate and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Assist with audience targeting, A/B testing, and day-to-day administration tasks.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience :
- 2+ years in CRM or digital marketing.
- Expertise in email campaign development and automation.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
