We are excited to be partnering with a leading European production agency, headquartered in Spain. We are looking for an Executive Producer / Head of Sales to expand the agency's international footprint. We seek a commercially driven, creatively minded individual to spearhead our sales strategy across the UK, EU, and US.

About the Role:

This is a dual-role position requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on sales expertise. As Executive Producer / Head of Sales, you will:

  • Lead and manage the international sales team, setting targets, coaching, and ensuring consistent performance across regions.
  • Take charge of international business development, attending global industry events, pitches, and client meetings to promote our services.
  • Own and drive the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Work closely with the Head of Production and Producers to align budgets with client briefs, ensuring the commercial and creative viability of each project.
  • Build and nurture relationships with production companies, creative agencies, and brands, securing high-end TVC shoots in Spain and Portugal.
  • Oversee a team of Executive Producers, ensuring alignment between sales and production, and delivering clarity and cohesion throughout the execution process.

What we’re looking for:

Highly experienced Executive Producer with a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the production process. The ideal candidate will:

  • Bring a strong personal portfolio of clients - including agencies, brands, or production companies.
  • Have significant experience in selling production services, ideally in international markets.
  • Be skilled in commercial negotiation, budgeting, and managing high-profile client relationships.
  • Be confident leading a team, setting KPIs, and delivering on sales goals.
  • Have a genuine understanding of production workflows and creative expectations.

Location & Flexibility:

Remote-first role, ideally based in the UK with the ability to travel regularly. Up to €100,000 base salary + generous performance-based bonuses.
