About The Role
As a Resourcing Advisor at Morrisons, your primary purpose is to drive the recruitment and selection process to secure top talent for our business.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey. With a focus on attracting diverse candidates who embody our values and culture, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining
high performing teams that drive our business forward. Through your expertise in resourcing, you will contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives by identifying, attracting, and securing the best talent in the market.
This will be a 12 month fixed term contract covering a secondment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Full ownership of end to end recruitment process, from role design/initial briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Managing candidate offer/ benefits package with support where needed from internal employee relations with the People / Reward team
- Building strong pipelines of candidates by utilising effective sourcing strategies e.g. LinkedIn, internal networks and our ATS
- Delivering screened shortlisted candidates where candidates have been fully qualified according to the brief.
- Influencing hiring managers to support our diversity aspirations.
- Upskilling hiring managers on interview techniques and inclusive recruitment
- Develop SME understanding of your functional area, providing market and competitor insight to stakeholders to support workforce planning and hiring decisions
- Gather hiring data for your functional area and translate it into meaningful insight to present to stakeholder partners
- Work with respective stakeholders to identify gaps in skills and help build succession plans
- This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

- Experience in iternal or external recruitment and/or prior experience within a relevant function
- Understanding of search and selection methodologies that supports proactive recruitment e.g LinkedIn & job board searching
- Natural interest in talent mapping and market analysis techniques
- Proficiency in using an ATS and other relevant tools
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work at pace
- Proficiency in project management and organisational skills
- Ability to create and present meaningful insight in an engaging format
