Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced AI Engineer who has built and deployed sophisticated multi AI agent systems. You will help us evolve our AI architecture, a state-of-the-art, autonomous and goal-driven system while maintaining reliability in the financial domain. You will bring deep expertise and help us accelerate our development and implementation of cutting-edge AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance our existing AI CFO agents
- Design and implement memory systems
- Develop goal-setting and planning frameworks to increase agent autonomy
- Create robust evaluation methods to ensure reliability
- Optimize prompt engineering and LLM orchestration for complex financial scenarios
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to integrate enhanced agent capabilities
- Develop and maintain tools
- Fine-tune and customize models for financial domain expertise
- Architect systems that will eventually serve thousands of founders making critical financial decisions
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience building production-grade AI agent systems
- 5+ years developing software applications
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI agents
- Expertise in memory systems and context management for AI agents
- Strong coding skills in Python and experience with Typescript
- Experience setting up and developing RAG flows
- Familiarity with vector databases
- Advanced prompt engineering capabilities
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.)
- Track record of shipping reliable AI systems to production
Valuable Additional Skills:
- Experience with goal-oriented and autonomous agent architectures
- Financial domain knowledge or fintech experience
- Experience with tool-using agents (MCP, API integration, data processing)
- Methods for agent monitoring, logging, and performance analysis
- Experience with model fine-tuning and evaluation for domain-specific applications
- Background in reinforcement learning or agent training methodologies
