Major Players are working with a world class branding agency. We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead strategic initiatives for premium accounts involving complex branding, communications, and product development projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in guiding clients through transformative projects such as launching new products, creating, or rebranding services, shifting market perceptions, entering new markets, and building cohesive, motivated teams.
As an Account Director, you will manage key client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time, while also nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. A crucial part of your role will involve driving client servicing, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with the senior team to develop these further. You will also play an active role in pitching for new business and supporting other accounts as needed. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in selling creative ideas, critical thinking, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating creative teams. A deep understanding of branding, strategic development, and daily client management under pressure is essential. The ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail is key.
