We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team, focused on acquiring new clients and building trusted relationships in our target sectors.

  • Audio Visual (AV) systems
  • Video Management Systems (VMS)
  • Open Platform Software

70% new business / 30% account management with strategic importance to Ajar's 2-year growth plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert new opportunities in target sectors: transport, public sector, housing, emergency services, local and central government
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations and solution demonstrations with support from pre-sales specialists
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads through to contract award
  • Maintain CRM discipline and produce accurate forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to execution

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of B2B technology solution sales, in AV or CCTV and Access Control Security systems
  • Proven track record in new business development and pipeline building
  • Experience of Video Surveillance, Access Control, or AV systems a strong advantage
  • Strong communicator with excellent proposal-writing and presentation skills
