Building Surveyor Contract Full Time

With over 40 years’ experience, Eurovia’s surfacing business has established itself as one of the UK’s market leaders for the provision of high-quality carriageway and footway re-surfacing. Our network of skilled pavement technicians, supplemented by our regular RSO apprenticeship training, we have an experienced, diverse workforce to help support clients through their project delivery. With a spotlight on recycling and reuse of materials, we are continually working to develop and trial sustainable materials which incorporate increasingly higher proportions of recycled content. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial aspects of multiple frameworks in the South East, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. The role involves managing costs, contracts, and relationships to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Monitor project costs and maximise value. Manage accounts and subcontracts with key supply chain partners. Conduct financial assessments through to final accounts. Support other commercial functions as required. BSc in Quantity Surveying (desirable). Experience working on Target Cost Contracts, preferably with National Highways. Full UK Driving Licence (Company Car Provided).
