Your Role's Purpose

Join our growing People Team and help shape the employee experience from day one! We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused People Team Administrator to support our recruitment and onboarding efforts, as well as contribute to a positive workplace through general HR administration and employee relations support. This is a key role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our candidates and team members alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
    • Support hiring managers through the recruitment process, maintaining clear timelines and documentation.
    • Manage and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
    • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
  • People Team and Employee Relations Administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS.
    • Support with day-to-day people team admin tasks such as document management, data entry, and compliance checks.
    • Assist with reporting and tracking key people metrics.
  • Employee Relations Support
    • Support the People Relations Manager in handling employee relations cases, taking notes, organising meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting engagement initiatives and team communications.
