Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Executive to support our Product team at Kenwood Travel. This role is key to ensuring our holiday offerings remain competitive, commercially viable, and provides an opportunity for growth within the travel industry. You will work closely with our Product & Marketing teams, supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance our product range. With your passion for travel and diligent approach, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Kenwood Travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product & Commercial Management: Assist in curating and developing a compelling product portfolio across our key destinations. Support the negotiation and management of supplier contracts, ensuring competitive rates and strong commercial terms. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to inform product strategy. Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure the profitability and viability of our products. Constant evaluation of onsite content and making amends where necessary.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hotel, airline, and ground service partners. Assist in the contracting process, including loading agreements into internal systems. Ensure suppliers are providing accurate and up-to-date information on availability, pricing, and special offers.
  • Product Marketing & Sales Support: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure products are effectively promoted and aligned with customer demand. Assist in the creation of engaging product descriptions, marketing materials, and sales collateral. Provide insights to the Sales team on key product developments, offers, and market trends. Arrange training sessions where required.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure product information is accurately loaded into internal systems and is reflective of live pricing and availability. Analyse booking data and performance reports to make recommendations for product optimisation. Assist in resolving product-related queries from internal teams and external partners.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a product, commercial, or contracting role within the travel industry (preferably in a tour operator environment).
  • Strong understanding of the Global luxury and long-haul travel market.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with travel industry booking/reservation systems.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
