We’re partnering with a dynamic and growing Build to Rent (BTR) operator to appoint a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of high-quality residential assets across London and the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader in residential operations to step into a strategic, multi-site management role.
You will drive operational excellence, team performance, customer satisfaction, and financial delivery across your region, reporting into senior leadership and acting as a key contributor to the business’s continued success and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support on-site General Managers and their teams to deliver consistently high service levels across all assets.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the full resident journey — from lettings and customer experience to maintenance and compliance — ensuring all sites operate to brand and regulatory standards.
- Commercial Performance: Drive occupancy, rent collection, cost control, and overall asset performance in line with agreed KPIs and budgets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments (asset management, marketing, finance) and external partners (contractors, local authorities) to optimise service delivery.
- Strategic Input: Provide insight on regional trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform future decision-making and portfolio development.
- Proven experience managing multiple residential sites, ideally in BTR, PRS, or co-living.
- A strong understanding of operational performance, compliance, and customer service standards.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills — able to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
- Comfortable with regional travel and being highly visible on-site across both London and Midlands assets.
- A commercial mindset, with experience working to KPIs, managing budgets, and influencing performance.
