On behalf of our client – a leading Circular Supply Chain SaaS innovator , we are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative . As a Senior Business Development Representative, you’ll be the front-line driver of the company\’s commercial engine, helping build a robust outbound pipeline that connects the company’s pioneering sustainability platform with global enterprise clients. If we were on a screening call, we\’d say: this is a hands-on, high-impact role where your outreach efforts will directly shape the future of circularity in global supply chains. You’ll be joining a dynamic Go-To-Market team during an exciting phase of growth, working closely with sales leadership to identify, engage, and qualify leads across the consumer goods ecosystem — from iconic brands to new sustainability disruptors. Research and map out key target accounts, identifying the right decision-makers and building intelligent outreach strategies. Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns aligned with ABM strategies. Collaborate with marketing and GTM colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and data-backed experimentation. Maintain accurate CRM updates (Hubspot) and contribute to sales reporting efforts. You have 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within SaaS or tech-enabled services. You’ve worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments and thrive on building things from the ground up. You\’re confident in cold outreach and familiar with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc. You’re passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of a mission-driven business.
