Are you a highly organised, detail-driven professional with a flair for writing and a passion for winning work? We're looking for a Bid Coordinator to join a growing team in the design and fit-out sector, supporting the delivery of high-quality proposals and pitches that stand out.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating and producing compelling bid and tender submissions across a range of commercial projects
  • Managing the bid process end-to-end, from document preparation through to submission
  • Working closely with directors, designers, and project teams to gather and tailor content
  • Supporting pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), expressions of interest (EOIs), and RFPs
  • Assisting with updating and maintaining bid content libraries and case studies
  • There may also be opportunities to support the business with marketing activity, including content creation, presentations, and promotional materials

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a bid, proposals, or document coordination role, ideally within construction, interiors, or the fit out sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar is a bonus
  • A team player with initiative, creativity, and a keen eye for detail
  • Any marketing experience (social media, presentations, basic design/layout) is desirable
