In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the closing and settlement of distressed loans, while ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Supporting the coordination of documentation among various parties such as agents, borrowers, and syndicate members, helping to ensure that all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Tracking and managing loan disbursements and repayments, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Providing timely and accurate reporting on all loan settlements.
