Senior Credit Control – Birmingham city Centre Exciting opportunity for experienced Credit Controller for a successful business based in Birmingham City Centre. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic candidate who can take ownership of the Ledger and improve/increase collections. You will have full responsibility for the credit function including: Manage and take ownership of a complex ledger. Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and post. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within CRM systems. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers. Meet overdue recovery targets using a structured and methodical approach. Identify and resolve barriers to payment effectively. Proactively manage customer accounts to minimise outstanding balances. Collaborate with stakeholders other internal departments Person/Experience Required : 2-5 years of experience in credit control. Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
