I am on the lookout for an exceptional Head of Corporate Sales to join an award-winning team and play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth for an iconic London venue. What You\’ll Do:

  • Drive Revenue: Lead on sales strategy and execution, uncovering and capitalising on new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Inspire & Lead: Mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Client Champion: Be the first point of contact for key clients, guiding them from vision to execution with unmatched service.
  • Relationship Builder: Use your established network of clients and suppliers to strengthen partnerships and grow our reach.
  • Event-Savvy Collaborator: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to craft competitive proposals and unforgettable events.
  • Data-Driven Strategist: Analyse performance, produce insightful forecasts and reports, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Contract Expert: Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Customer Service Star: Deliver outstanding service from first contact to post-event follow-up

What I\’m Looking For:

  • Proven Leader: 5+ years in corporate sales, ideally within the events, hospitality, or catering industries.
  • Sales Achiever: A track record of smashing targets and driving business growth.
  • Natural Networker: You\’ve got strong industry connections and the ability to build lasting relationships with ease.
  • Strategic Thinker: Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: Contract and risk management experience, with a sharp legal eye.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
