Looking for hustlers to help close B2B deals. Commission-based, remote, flexible.

Location: Remote (preferred: UK, Europe, India, Philippines, Malaysia, Sri Lanka)

Time Zone: Preferred collaboration: 8AM–4PM CET

Contract Type: Commission-only to start

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Minimum Duration: 3 Months

We\’re looking for driven, commission-based agents to generate leads and close high-value B2B orders in branded merchandise, custom gifting and wholesale sales or production.

Expect a high-touch sales cycle (via WhatsApp, email, calls, our website and/or any other platform). You’ll not only close deals but also coordinate production and delivery to ensure each order is delivered with speed, quality, and great packaging.

You\’ll be selling to a diverse range of B2B clients: from startups and event teams to retailers and consumer brands.

Commission: 10–15% per sale, with 5%+ bonuses for repeat business and consistent performance.

Type: Commission-Based (3-month commitment minimum)

Compensation: Commission only (Earn per closed sale; target $2000- $5000+/ ticket size; per month)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads
  • Close bulk merchandise or wholesale orders ($2,000+)
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams post-sale
  • Liaise with factories on pricing, production, and samples
  • Oversee QC, shipping timelines, and packaging
  • Share branding instructions and ensure brand consistency
  • Handle invoicing and follow-ups for client satisfaction
  • Grow accounts and secure repeat business for bonus commission

Ideal Profile

  • Fluent in English with strong email and WhatsApp etiquette
  • Self-starter with a hustler mindset; follows up and closes deals
  • Experience in B2B, merchandise, brand partnerships, or supply chain
  • Able to simplify and explain SKUs, pricing, and sizes to clients
  • Based anywhere; remote-friendly (strong network in the UK & Europe is a plus)
  • Part-time friendly or twice a week; work on your own schedule as long as you delive
