For the successful Recruitment Consultant, we are offering: £28,000 to £34,000 per annum DOE (With an Uncapped Commission Structure). Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm). Every 2nd Friday off in addition to 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service, and your birthday off on us! The Role – Recruitment Consultant: Being part of a team that develops your client portfolio through a mixture of Business Development and New Business Sales. Providing a consultative approach to support our clients. Building lasting relations with customers and networking through the businesses. Working collaboratively with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to ensure that your roles are recruited for in an effective manner. Keeping up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the client’s operations. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations. What we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant: A highly motivated individual with proven recruitment experience – ESSENTIAL. Valid driving license – ESSENTIAL . Ability to multitask and problem-solve. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data. We would be interested in speaking to individuals who worked in the following disciplines: Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial and Commercial.
