Our prestigious law firm in Coventry is looking for an internal IT Technician to join our team and provide top-tier 2nd line support. Role Overview: As an IT Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering 2nd line support to ensure smooth operations across the IT infrastructure. You’ll manage escalations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and deliver outstanding service to internal clients. This role is essential in supporting the firm’s IT systems, enabling our staff to work efficiently and without interruption.
