KEY DUTIES

• Lead and manage strategic insight projects, guide teams, nurture talent, and build strong client relationships.
• Deliver commercially focused, story-led outputs, combining methods, strategic thinking, and confident client presentations.
• Drive business growth through proposals, innovation, internal improvements, and thought leadership across industry platforms.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Over five years\’ experience with broad client and category exposure.
• Skilled qual practitioner, detail-focused yet strategic, adaptable, and effective in mixed method project teams.
• Leads client growth, writes winning proposals, develops talent, and brings added value through specialist methodologies.
