Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit Packing Team Leader to join the team. What you will be doing: Supervise the for team, and allocate workload, to ensure the daily quota of product is packed in time ready for dispatch. Working closely with Production Manager, and internal department supervisors Ensure that all products are packed to company quality standards and checks are carried out for any defects. What you will need to succeed: Effective Team Leading/Supervisory experience, preferably in production / manufacturing. Excellent Organisation and planning skills. Previous experience with shopify and shipstation is highly desirable. Ability to prioritise workload. Organisational and time management skills. Ability to lead, train and delegate. Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
