Job Title: Senior HR Operations Coordinator (Permanent) Location: London (on-site) We are working with a leading alternative investment business on a new mandate – seeking an experienced HR Operations Professional. Contributing and leading global HR projects as needed, supporting HR practices across regions Providing first-level support for HRIS systems and ensuring all data integrity and compliance is adhered to Process enhancement to identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, supporting the implementation of new workflows and system enhancements Maintaining and auditing employee in Workday HCM – identifying and correcting data discrepancies Delivering first-class service and support across all HR functions and ensuring that SLAs are consistently met and complex issues are escalated appropriately Collaborating with internal HR stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, HRBPs and supporting on a wide range of employee lifecycle activities Ad-hoc reporting and analysis, delivering actionable insights to HR stakeholders You bring energy and dedication to HR Operations, consistently striving to deliver high-quality outcomes that support both the team and the wider business You naturally identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes, contributing to a more agile and effective HR function A go-to resource for specific HR processes, offering insights and best practices that elevate operational standards and support informed decision-making Active in HR initiatives, helping to drive projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient use of resources Passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others develop – offering guidance and training to enhance team capability and confidence Proven experience in HR Administration or People Operations, with strong knowledge of HR systems (preferably Workday) and ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira. Familiarity with EMEA employment laws and compliance, with additional regional knowledge (APAC/US) as a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A degree in HR or a related field is desirable but not essential.
