Lead optimisation of business processes, working with front office teams to improve efficiency and manage risk. Drive data analytics initiatives to support business growth and decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, FCA, and cybersecurity policies. Extensive experience in business change or front office operations within financial services, preferably private wealth. Strong knowledge of CRM, portfolio management, data visualisation, and risk monitoring systems.
