Our client are passionate investors in the food and agribusiness - they have a small boutique office in Chelsea Harbour and an extremely pleasant team of entrepreneurial individuals who require the support of a Team PA and Office Manager on a part-time basis, 3 days a week in the office.
The focus of the role will be to handle office management as well as assisting the team with calendar/diary management and some international travel arrangements, supporting another senior PA.
This role will also benefit from someone who has an eye for formatting, is able to update the website using WordPress, has a flair for organising events, and enjoys some social media posting (mainly LinkedIn and company news page).
As this is an international business, languages would be welcome (German would be ideal, or Spanish) but this is not essential. You should be able to commute easily to Chelsea Harbour as this is an office based position, 3 days per week ideally Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

They are a lovely office of people, with a very positive working culture. The beautiful office is located in Chelsea Harbour so it is essential you are happy and able to travel to the Chelsea Harbour 3 days per week (ideally Tuesdays/Wednesdays and Thursdays). Salary circa £45,000 pro rata depending on experience. Upon application please bear in mind the take home salary for 3 days per week.
