Our client is looking to expand their sales team, with a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities Drive business growth across EMEA, focusing on connected transport (rail, urban transport, commercial). Identify and win new opportunities, including managing RFPs, tenders, and PoCs. Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets; support contract negotiations. Contribute to strategy, providing market and competitor insights. Align with internal teams on product strategy and ensure smooth order setup. Represent the company at events and raise its profile as a technology leader. Qualifications Proven record in B2B sales, public tender processes, and managing full sales cycles. Technically competent with excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills. Strong experience in the transport/rail sector or other related technologies.
