What You’ll Be Doing

As a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer, you’ll:

  • Oversee and deliver a portfolio of projects from concept to completion
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, including mentoring, appraisals, and development
  • Ensure high-quality outputs and effective workload distribution
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships
  • Support the Director with local business development and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to effective project cost and resource monitoring via PRDB
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Electrical Building Services Design
  • A track record of managing teams and leading projects across multiple sectors
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and innovation
  • Degree or HND-qualified in a relevant discipline
  • Chartered status or working toward it is a plus
