As a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer, you’ll:
- Oversee and deliver a portfolio of projects from concept to completion
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, including mentoring, appraisals, and development
- Ensure high-quality outputs and effective workload distribution
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships
- Support the Director with local business development and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to effective project cost and resource monitoring via PRDB
- Proven experience in Electrical Building Services Design
- A track record of managing teams and leading projects across multiple sectors
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and client-facing skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and innovation
- Degree or HND-qualified in a relevant discipline
- Chartered status or working toward it is a plus
