We are excited to be partnering with a global and purpose-led, scale up philanthropic organisationwho are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant and Support Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting to a Chief of Staff, in this role you will be the primary support to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the organisation's global Executive Support team, line managing a team of 4 geographically dispersed EAs.
Key Requirements
- Previous EA experience in a busy and complex environment
- Highly organised with experience with diary and event management of senior stakeholders
- Experience line managing a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience working internationally (desirable)
This is a full-time permanent role with a hybrid working policy, 50/50 split between a central London office and working from home.
The salary on offer is £55,000-£65,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits.
Please note our client are looking for someone to start ASAP, so are looking for a candidate with a notice period of 1 month maximum.
