Planet Pharma is partnered with an exciting fast-growing Pharmaceutical company, who are seeking a Human Resources System and MI Specialist, to support the establishment of HR Systems, Data Stewardship and Reporting and Analytics.
Responsibility:
- Accountable for the maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HR systems
- Accountable for partnering with Information Systems teams and HR Operations Service Delivery Teams on system updates, to ensure any amendments to requirements / processes are delivered
- Accountable for HR operations tools from a functional perspective and ensuring they are fit for purpose
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills (Macro's, Power Query)
- HRIS System knowledge (SuccessFactors)
- Ability to validate data for accuracy
- Experience with data cleansing, standardization, and de-duplication.
