We are delighted to be recruiting for two experienced housing professionals to join our specialist community safety team. This is an exciting time to join us as we transition into a regional model with a focus on our local presence to ensure our neighborhoods are safe places where people want to live.

To make sure our colleagues are dealing effectively with anti-social behavior, domestic abuse and anything else in our communities that puts our customers at risk, we need a knowledgeable and supportive managers with expertise in the field of anti-social behavior to lead the teams. That’s where you come in.
Your Role
1 x Community Safety Manager – South East Region with the main office in Bracknell
1 x Community Safety Manager – South West Region with the main office in Yeovil
You’ll oversee the delivery of key services that address domestic abuse and anti-social behavior, putting the voice of the customer at the heart of all you do.
You’ll lead the team, ensuring they’re skilled, highly performing and as committed as you are to delivering an exemplary customer service. A strong knowledge of the Housing sector, relevant legislation and our regulatory operating environment will be key along with experience of working in anti-social behavior or a similar field so you can guide and support your team with complex cases. Experience of managing a team is desirable but not essential.
