Senior Human Resources Consultant

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our clients\’ team as a HR Consultant. It\’s a full-time, permanent role. Location: Chester offices 3 days per week Hours: Monday to Friday Benefits: Private medical after probation, EAP, pension, supportive environment, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Offering advice to clients on a wide range of matters including employment law and hands on HR Consultancy services Supporting with employment contracts, policies and company handbooks as well as other HR documents Managing and leading on formal HR processes such as disciplinaries, redundancies, grievances Supporting with various HR projects You\’ll be an experienced HR / Employment Law professional who enjoys advising and supporting with hands-on HR topics Strong and current understanding of UK employment law, best practices and employee relations Roberts Webb Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this role.
