About the Role:

We are currently searching for a talented Associate Director and Senior Landscape Architect to join an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary studio in Central London and are looking for experienced landscape architects to join the landscape design team on permanent basis. The Landscape Architecture team works on a variety of high-profile projects in the UK and overseas, ranging from large-scale landscape strategies to detailed design of public realm.

About You:

  • A talented designer with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale projects through all work stages, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills with proven project and people management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Rhino and Revit is highly desirable/essential.
  • Degree-qualified in a related design field or equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality design and technical work, showcasing creativity and innovation.
  • Understand and coordinate the design process, project brief, and deliverables.
  • Ensure quality control and supervise project deliverables.
  • Coordinate and integrate work from external contractors, suppliers, and professionals.
  • Manage all stages of large-scale projects and oversee quality control.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, supporting and directing junior members.
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships, supporting senior colleagues in presentations and meetings.
