New Business & Marketing Director
Experiential & Events Agency
£60-75k basic, + bonus
Incredible multi-award winning creative agency with expertise in live events and performance. Clients include the biggest names across culture & arts, luxury, media and corporate with clients like Pernod Ricard, EY and MontBlanc.
The talented team is made up of experts in live events, skilled in graphic design, branding, visual identity design, film production, lighting & AV design, talent & entertainment sourcing, production design, space planning – to name a few.
We want to hear from experienced business developers who have worked in creative agencies with these specialisms. You’ll need to have a highly consultative approach to targeting potential clients across sectors including brands, corporates and public sector. You’ll develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market presence and research new business opportunities, including new markets, customer needs, trends, partnerships and services.
Also leading the marketing and PR strategy, you’ll develop and execute compelling marketing materials, including case studies, thought leadership pieces, social media, industry reports, press releases etc, involves building relationships with key media outlets to generate coverage.
Sustainability plays a huge part in the ethos of this agency, they are certified as a Carbon Neutral Business and are dedicated to ongoing company wide sustainability training.
Essentials for this candidate are – proven experience as a business development/sales director in the live events and creative industry. Must be a strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth. Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Salary is £65-£75k (some flex for the dream candidate) plus significant earning potential for high performers made up of a generous annual bonus based on business generated.
Beautiful offices in West London and 3 office days per week.
