We are hiring an additional 3 junior recruiters to work in our Southend office for our We Are Legal Revolution brand, supplying recruiting services to Legal and Accounting firms in the US.
We pay more than anyone else locally, we provide a huge amount of leads, our billings are up there with the highest in the industry, we work harder and longer hours than the industry average.
Highlights:- OTE 200k+
- 45k - 55k starting salary
- Ownership of the Atlanta, Miami, Boston and Washington DC territory

- 100+ candidate leads per week
- 20+ client leads a week

Things that will put candidates who are not suitable for our environment off:
- We work very long hours to cover USA hours 10:00 - 20:30 Monday to Thursday and reduced hours on a Friday
- We make a lot of calls, hundreds a day
- We have a process that works, which has to be followed
- This is a full on position that has great earning potential but requires you to be always on
