The Company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an employee-owned, B Corp-certified, full-service agency that’s experienced rapid growth over the past year. With an impressive client list featuring household names and challenger brands alike, SEO now accounts for 40% of total agency revenue – and demand continues to rise. Following the recent hire of a Senior SEO Manager who will be starting in September, the agency is now seeking an SEO Manager on a 3-month freelance contract to support the SEO team during the interim period. This is a purely hands-on SEO role – no client ownership, no account management, just focused implementation. If you’re seeking a position that puts you in front of clients or involves managing accounts, this likely isn’t the right fit. You’ll be joining a highly motivated, sociable, and ambitious team who are all committed to growth – both for their clients and themselves.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on SEO implementation across a wide range of client accounts, including Keyword Research, Site Audits, Performance Analysis, and more.
- Support the team in identifying SEO improvement opportunities and contribute to strengthening client relationships through tangible results.
Skills & Experience
- Agency experience is essential.
- Solid understanding of Technical and On-Page SEO (Off-Page knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team working.
- Confident in managing end-to-end SEO tasks, from audits to execution.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality output.
- Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
If you’re a confident, collaborative SEO specialist looking for your next challenge within a people-first agency that values work-life balance, and exceptional delivery – we’d love to hear from you.
