6 Month Contract Location: Glasgow (Hybrid) Via Umbrella

Lorien’s UK leading Investment banking client are currently looking for a highly skilled Legal Administrator to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent administrative management, project management, Paralegal, organisational & time management skills
  • Previous similar experience of working with contracts/contract data would be an advantage
  • Advanced IT literate (MS Office {Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook}, VBA Macro/automation/programming knowledge, extensive SharePoint knowledge would be an advantage)
  • Ability to familiarise quickly with key internal and external contacts
  • Client focus - Sees internal stakeholders as well as external clients as “customers”
  • Proactive, professional and confident
  • Drive for results - Delivers high quality work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player & collaborative - Works effectively in a team. Collaborates and shares information and solutions with colleagues, other teams and stakeholders
  • Risk awareness - Demonstrates a good awareness of risk and fundamental risk concepts. Always considers risk in daily activities and abides by the Key Responsibilities, as relevant
  • Corporate role model, integrity & ethics - Acts with discipline and high ethical standards
  • In-house systems knowledge is preferred, training provided (e.g. Basware, Tymetrix, Concur, CWT, Sailpoint, MyPortal)
  • Project Management skills preferred
