Location: Hybrid (2 days remote)

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to help drive performance and engagement across the organisation. In this key position, you will provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees, playing a vital part in shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant working environment. This is a hands-on HR generalist position offering a wide scope of responsibilities. You will work closely with managers across the business, helping to implement HR best practices and ensure alignment with company policies and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with managers and employees to understand their people-related challenges and provide thoughtful, tailored advice
  • Coach and equip line managers to effectively lead and support their teams
  • Provide expert support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislation
  • Guide on areas such as absence management, performance, employee wellbeing, engagement, and staff development
  • Oversee key elements of the employee lifecycle, including preparing contracts, handling reference checks, maintaining HR records, and coordinating employee exits
  • Manage processes related to family leave and assist with payroll administration
