We’re hiring a confident and capable HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, commercially driven property business. This is a critical, high-trust role supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters, from complex ER cases to coaching line managers and driving people initiatives.

This is a crucial hire for the team, we need someone who can hit the ground running, make informed decisions, and operate with independence. You’ll be fully supported by the wider HR and leadership team and there’s real scope to grow into a Senior Advisor or HRBP role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Acting as the go-to for all employee relations and policy advice
  • Coaching managers to handle people matters confidently and compliantly
  • Leading on complex cases (absence, performance, grievances, disciplinaries)
  • Overseeing employee lifecycle processes from contracts to exits
  • Supporting people strategy and engagement projects
About You:
  • Solid experience in an advisory HR role within a fast-paced sector (property/sales/retail ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Self-sufficient, confident, and calm under pressure
  • Great communicator who builds trust quickly with managers and employees
