As a Motor Claims Team Leader, you will manage a team of Motor Claims Handlers dealing with Personal Injury and Credit Hire cases. Your managerial duties will include:

  • Training, development, and coaching
  • Allocating workloads
  • Acting as an escalation point for complaints
  • File/audit checking to ensure compliance

You will serve as a technical referral point for the team, so it is essential to be technically competent in both Bodily Injury and Credit Hire Motor claims. Strong managerial skills are required to foster a supportive environment where a fully remote team works towards shared goals.
