Our client is a growing Financial Technology (FinTech) company. They build innovative software for investment managers, hedge funds and private equity markets. They’re growing their Software Engineering and Support teams and are looking for engineers to join them. In a varied role you’ll be involved in client-facing support engineering of cutting-edge (Cloud-based) applications and SaaS platforms. You’ll need great knowledge of supporting an application stack, APIs and Cloud and have the chance to be involved in driving the use of automation and DevOps methods, client integration and growing a technical support team around you.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar Application Support / Support Engineering position
- Experience supporting Cloud-based applications, APIs and SaaS software
- Software coding skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great SQL and data knowledge
- Experience of supporting complex applications
- Infrastructure (Linux, Windows, networking) understanding
